Sarah Daggett

Sarah Daggett is a Community Health Worker at Center for Family Medicine.  It is a Family Medicine Residency Program and is getting ready to celebrate 50 years in operation in October!  Sarah has been at Center for Family Medicine for the last 10 years in different positions.  She went to a couple different colleges here in Sioux Falls looking to obtain a Humana Services Degree, but life got in the way and she was unable to finish, so this position is exactly where she saw herself many  years ago.  Sarah loves being able to help people out of difficult situations.
