Kevin DeWald has worked for the state public health agency for over 20 years in a variety of roles.  He currently serves as the Executive Director for South Dakota Health Link and has been leading State, Regional, and National efforts of Health IT and Health Information Exchange for 16 years.  Health Link is a multi-state network that serves 68 hospitals and more than 450 plus primary care clinics in SD, WY, NE, IA, MN, and ND.  Kevin also serves on the South Dakota Health Link Advisory Council, is a member of the Informatics Directors Peer Network for the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, and serves in an advisory capacity on the Wyoming Frontier Information Exchange Executive Steering Committee.  Kevin also previously served as the state leader for the Health Information Security and Privacy Collaboration, task force member on the National Governor’s Association State Alliance for eHealth, and subject matter expert for the State Health Policy Consortium.

Lisa Fox is the Implementation Analyst with South Dakota Health Link.  The mission of South Dakota Health Link is to drive improvement in the quality, safety, and efficiency of healthcare in South Dakota through information sharing.  As Implementation Analyst, Lisa is responsible for creating end user accounts, training end users, incorporating services into workflows and troubleshooting for Point of Care and Event Notifications.  She also works recruiting new members through various conferences in South Dakota.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in English for Information Systems from Dakota State University.

Lance joined South Dakota Health Link in 2011 as an Interface Analyst. Before joining SDHL, Lance worked as a Communications Network Analyst for Dakota State University.
