Assistance with Ambulance Service Review of Quality of Care

  • This request came from an ambulance service seeking a method to review their care quality by comparing it with the treatment provided by the receiving facility after transport.  They were given the diagnoses and procedures of the receiving facility to assess whether the diagnosis and care they provided before transport matched the receiving facility’s treatment.  Analyzing this alignment will help identify potential training opportunities for the ambulance staff and evaluate their overall performance.
