Transitioning from Pilot to Statewide Onboarding Process

Pierre, SD – The SD Department of Health is excited to announce they are transitioning from their pilot phase to a statewide onboarding process for Nexus SD. This marks a significant milestone and step forward in their efforts to provide resources and services for South Dakotans.

As they move forward, they are looking for organizations that are ready to join in this exciting next phase. Interested organizations will be onboarded on a first-come, first-served basis. They encourage interested partners to get in touch with them as soon as possible.

Since the pilot phase, they have made several enhancements to the Nexus SD platform, with more improvements planned as they continue to add users, gather feedback, and gain a better understanding of how the system works. This is an opportunity for you to get involved early and help shape the future of Nexus SD.
