Promoting Interoperability Program: SDDOH Declares Readiness

The South Dakota Department of Health has declared readiness to receive electronic messages for all disease conditions, visits, or vaccinations using electronic case reporting, electronic laboratory reporting, syndromic surveillance, and immunization record report standards.  The public health use case notice is being shared to allow healthcare partners to prepare to meet CMS Promoting Interoperability Program requirements for the 2023 reporting year starting January 1, 2023.  To initiate connection, please fill out and submit the appropriate form on the South Dakota Health Link website here.
