As a condition of participation (CoP) in Medicare and Medicaid under the 2020 Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule, hospitals must send electronic notifications to certain providers by May 2021.  Learn about how South Dakota Health Link can help you meet the CoP requirements for CMS through our interoperability services.
