Innovative Health Link Member Use Cases

We are pleased to announce the addition of our Use Case Library to our website.  This portfolio of innovative documents showcase how SD Health Link members are using our services in innovative and inventive ways to solve problems and meet the needs of their organizations.  The Library contains a number of examples that describe the integration of Health Information Exchange tools from SD Health Link and demonstrate the tangible value that Health Link can deliver to your healthcare team and processes.

SDHL use cases contain real examples to support Advancing Interoperability objectives, improved care coordination, and ways to reduce hospital readmissions and other goals.  These use cases have the potential to bring extra revenue to organizations that successfully integrate data exchange and promote end user engagement.  Our use cases detail the scope, services utilized, project details, and the impact.
