New Data Contributors

South Dakota Health Link is excited to announce and welcome several new data contributors.  Horizon Health Care, Western Mental Health Center, Southwestern Mental Health Center, Coteau des Prairies, and Bennett County Hospital.

Horizon Health Care provides personalized and patient centered, quality care.  Horizon Health Care is made up of a network of 32 community health centers in South Dakota.  To find more information about Horizon Health Care, click here.

Western Mental Health Center based in Marshall, Minnesota serves the 5-county area of Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Redwood, and Yellow Medicine.  They are a nonprofit organization that focuses to promote and advance mental health, to treat persons with mental health or related needs, and to provide collaborative and educational services to the community.  For more information about Western Mental Health, click here.

Coteau des Prairies Health Care System is dedicated to bringing a full range of high quality health care services to the Sisseton community.  They are a 25-bed, critical access, acute care, community non-profit hospital.  For more information about Coteau des Prairies, click here.
