Michele Block, CMA (AAMA) is a Clinical Informatics Specialist.  Throughout her 20-year career at Horizon Health, she has focused on bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical interoperability.  Her work centers around maximizing data utilization to streamline care transitions, secure directed exchanges, and regional health equity.
