Jolie Ritzo is the Senior Director of Partnerships and Programs at Civitas Networks for Health where she leads communications and marketing, government relations and advocacy, and virtual and in person programming for the national network. Jolie previously served as the Director of Partnerships and Programs at the Network for Regional Healthcare Improvement (NRHI) where she led partner relations, membership growth, member programming, and communications. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Crossroads, a nonprofit organization in Southern Maine offering comprehensive treatment for behavioral health which includes inpatient and outpatient services for men, women and families and residential substance use treatment for women. Prior to working at NRHI, Jolie held positions in managed care where she worked as a certified health coach, participated in program development, oversaw the improvement of clinically approved patient education materials, and lead day-to-day operations for a team of outpatient case managers. She attained her Master of Public Health with a focus on community nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has a B.S. in Community Health from the University of Maine Farmington.
